How to merge PDF files

Can I merge PDF files online?+

Yes. Upload two or more PDF files, put them in order, and download one combined PDF. MyWebTools runs the merge in your browser — no upload to our servers.

Are my PDF files uploaded?+

No. Merging happens locally in your browser. Your PDFs stay on your device. Only a daily usage counter is stored for logged-in Free users — not file contents or names.

Can I change the order of PDFs?+

Premium users can reorder with up/down controls before merging. Free users can remove and re-add files in the desired order, or upgrade for easier reordering.

How many PDFs can I merge?+

Free: up to 5 PDFs per merge, max 10 MB each, 5 merges per day. Premium: up to 50 PDFs per merge, max 50 MB each, unlimited merges per day.

Can I merge images and PDFs together?+

This tool accepts PDF files only. To combine images into a PDF first, use Image to PDF, then merge that PDF with others here if needed.

Do password-protected PDFs work?+

Some encrypted PDFs may fail to open in the browser. Remove the password in your PDF app first, then merge the unlocked files.
