Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MyWebTools and our browser-based web tools.
Last updated: 2026-05-28
1. Who we are
MyWebTools is operated by DIGIELU OÜ. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to DIGIELU OÜ. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
MyWebTools provides browser-based utilities (including QR code generation), user accounts, optional Premium subscriptions, and related features. We may add, change, or remove tools over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Upload or link to malicious content, malware, or phishing destinations via QR codes or other tools.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or another user’s account.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose a risk to the service or other users.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium is billed monthly through Stripe. Prices and features are described on our pricing page. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid (see our Refund Policy).
Premium may include unlimited scans. Unlimited usage is subject to fair use and anti-abuse protections. We may limit, throttle, or contact accounts generating unusually high automated or harmful traffic.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create (for example QR destinations, labels, and uploaded logos). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service (including redirects and analytics for dynamic QR codes).
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Tool outputs (such as QR codes) should be verified before production use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50 if you use the free plan.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts in Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence where they apply.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms: mywebtools@digielu.ee or our contact page.
