Refund Policy

How cancellations and refunds work for MyWebTools Premium.

1. Premium subscription

MyWebTools Premium is a monthly subscription at €9/month. Billing is handled securely by Stripe. Your plan and payment method are shown in the Stripe customer portal when you manage billing from your dashboard.

2. Cancel anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.

  • Signed in: open your dashboard and use “Manage billing” (Stripe customer portal).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

3. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case within 7 days of the charge. We do not offer automatic refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation, except where required by law.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at mywebtools@digielu.ee with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method.

4. Free plan

The Free plan does not involve payment. Downgrading from Premium to Free happens automatically when your subscription ends.
